Since 2003, every year CREA Italia organises CREA Conference, the main international conference on creative problem solving, creativity, innovation and team management and dynamics (team building, leadership, facilitation...).

CREA Conference is held in Sestri Levante (Genova, Italy) every April (16th-20th in 2008). Every year CREA welcomes 250-300 participants from about 25 countries in the world.

Furthermore, CREA Italia organises other smaller events in Italy.
